An explicit membership choice

Diamond Pass is a recurring membership, separate from the price of your jewelry. These terms apply only if you actively choose it and complete membership enrollment. Purchasing a jewelry item alone does not authorize recurring membership charges.

Before enrollment, you must see and agree to the trial length, renewal amount, billing schedule and cancellation method. General acceptance of store terms is not a substitute for your express consent to recurring billing.

Trial and monthly billing

The free trial lasts 14 days from enrollment. Unless canceled before the trial ends, the membership renews at $39.99 USD per month until canceled. The first charge date and recurring schedule must be shown during enrollment and in your confirmation. Applicable taxes, if any, are disclosed before you authorize payment.

The membership fee is separate from jewelry purchases. Returning a jewelry item does not, by itself, cancel membership. We do not change an existing member’s recurring price without the notice and consent required by law.

What membership offers

Active members can access the Diamond Pass Collection and selected member offers with savings of up to 70% against listed regular prices. The discount depends on the item and current offer; not every product carries a 70% reduction. Jewelry orders remain separate purchases. Benefits and any exclusions are shown before enrollment.

How to cancel

Use the Manage / Cancel Membership page to access the membership portal when available. You can also email contact@junereed.co from the email used for enrollment and request cancellation. Include the account email or order number; never send full card details.

Cancel before your 14-day trial ends to avoid the first membership charge, or before the next renewal to stop future charges. No phone call or minimum membership term is required. We will confirm cancellation by email. Keep this confirmation for your records.

After cancellation

Cancellation stops future membership renewals. Paid access continues until the end of the current paid billing period unless a refund is issued or another outcome is required by law. A cancellation made during the free trial prevents the first membership charge.

Billing problems and refunds

If you believe a fee was charged without your consent, after a timely cancellation, or in error, email us so we can investigate and correct the issue. Cancellation is not automatically a refund of a previously authorized billing period. Any refunds required by applicable law remain available.
